We start with high intensity intervals to get the heart pumping and the body moving before progressing on to the yoga postures for strength and flexibility. We finish with breathing and relaxation to leave you feeling calm and refreshed.

Strength & Flexibility


We are focusing on building our core strength. We start with our high intensity intervals for a cardio workout before moving into some core work, targeting the abs, waist and lower back. This class builds strength from the inside out.

This class is the one that’s gonna really get you sweating! The intensity remains high throughout. As the name suggest, this is a powerful, full body, cardio and strength workout which will leave you feeling invigorated and ready for anything!

    My Triple HIIT online exercise class package is designed to give you a full body workout 3 times a week, including stretching and breath work to help de-stress and relax.
    All classes are 45 minutes long and can be accessed live, via Zoom video call, or you can catch up at a time that’s convenient for you, with the recorded sessions.

    These classes use high intensity interval training (HIIT) to improve fitness & burn fat. Each class has a
    slightly different focus:

    HIIT YOGA for strengthening & flexibility

    HIIT CORE to increase core strength

    HIIT POWER for cardio, strength & power

    Don’t worry if you are new to exercise – I talk you through everything and always offer variations and different options to accommodate all levels of fitness..
