If you want to get fit, classes are a great place to start. My classes are inclusive, welcoming and suitable for all levels of fitness.

YOGA

Yoga is hugely beneficial to health. It increases strength and flexibility, improves balance and coordination and promotes a sense of calm and wellbeing.

TRIPLE HiiT

All Triple HiiT classes use high intensity interval training (HiiT) to improve fitness & burn fat. Each class has a slightly different focus:

HiiT YOGA – for strengthening & flexibility
HiiT CORE – to increase core strength
HiiT POWER – for cardio, strength & power

All Triple HiiT classes are online via Zoom

All Triple Hiit Zoom sessions are recorded, and available on request, so you never have to miss a class!

CHAIR BASED

Fun inclusive classes aimed at older people, incorporating strengthening, stretches, breathing & relaxation, all carried out from a seated position! It’s not just about the exercise; it’s about coming together, motivating each other, and having fun.

Due to COVID-19, some classes will take place via Zoom. Social distancing is in place for face to face classes.
