As an ambassador for the Public Health Collaboration, I follow a Real Food Lifestyle.

The Real Food Lifestyle is about eating natural, nutrient dense foods with lots of healthy fats, whilst avoiding all ‘fake’ processed foods (including sugars and starches).

Also known as ‘Vintage Eating’, it really is about going back to basics and eating how our great grandparents did in times before we had access to so many different types of processed and packaged foods.

Nourishing the body with real food and cutting out sugars and starches has proved very effective in helping people to achieve and maintain a healthy weight.

However, it goes far beyond that – many people report having more energy, higher concentration levels and a general improved sense of wellbeing.

I offer dietary consultations and weight loss coaching – if you would like to know more about this, please get in touch.
